Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you or MUHAMMAD ABBAS may cancel a service order, project contract, or recurring maintenance plan. Please read this policy alongside our Return & Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any work has commenced and no resources have been allocated to your project:

• A full refund of any advance payment may be issued within 7 business days
• No cancellation fee applies
• Your project slot will be released for other clients

Cancellation is considered "before work begins" only if no planning documents, designs, code, or research has been produced for your project.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If you cancel after work has commenced:

• You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any non-recoverable third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses) incurred on your behalf will be charged
• Deposits covering work already performed are non-refundable
• Partial deliverables completed to date will be handed over upon settlement of outstanding invoices
• Unused prepaid amounts for undelivered, unstarted phases may be refunded proportionally at our discretion

3. Recurring, Hosting & Subscription Services

For monthly maintenance, web hosting, subdomain services (e.g., yourname.mabbas.dev), domain management, and other recurring subscriptions:

• Cancellation requires 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle
• Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable
• Services continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed
• Subdomains and hosted content may be removed after the paid period ends unless renewed
• We will provide a final handover of any managed assets, files, or credentials upon cancellation where applicable

4. How to Cancel

To cancel a service or project, follow these steps:

1. Send a written cancellation request to info@mabbas.dev
2. Use the email address associated with your project or account
3. Include your full name, project reference, and reason for cancellation (optional)
4. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and provide a final statement of work completed
5. Any refund due will be processed per our Refund Policy

5. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a project or service relationship if:

• Payment is overdue by more than 14 days after invoice due date
• The client is unresponsive for 30 or more consecutive days without prior notice
• The project scope changes substantially without a new written agreement
• Abusive, threatening, or unlawful communication occurs
• The requested work violates applicable laws or our ethical standards

In such cases, we will provide written notice where possible. Prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be handled fairly in accordance with our Refund Policy.
