Shipping & Delivery Policy

MUHAMMAD ABBAS provides digital development services exclusively. We do not ship physical products. This policy describes how project deliverables are delivered, expected timelines, and what to expect during the handover process.

1. Delivery Methods

Deliverables are provided electronically through one or more of the following channels, as agreed in your project proposal:

• Live deployment: Website or application deployed to your hosting server or app store
• Source code repository: GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repository transfer
• Cloud storage: Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar secure file sharing
• Email: Design files, documentation, and smaller deliverables
• Staging URL: Temporary preview link for review and approval before go-live
• Subdomain access: Approved subdomains under mabbas.dev (e.g., clientname.mabbas.dev) with credentials or DNS instructions

2. Hosting, Domains & Subdomain Delivery

For hosting, domain, and subscription services related to our field:

• Web hosting: Activated within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation; access details sent via email
• Domain services: Registration or transfer initiated after payment; timelines depend on registrar processing (typically 24–48 hours)
• Subdomains (mabbas.dev): Provisioned subdomains such as yourname.mabbas.dev are configured after approval and payment; URL and access details are delivered digitally
• Subscriptions: Ongoing services remain active for the paid billing period and renew per your plan unless cancelled

All hosting and subdomain services are subject to our Terms and Conditions and acceptable use policy.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided in your project proposal or statement of work. Typical timelines vary by scope:

Timelines begin after receipt of deposit, signed agreement, and all required initial assets from the client. Delays in client feedback or content delivery may extend timelines accordingly.

4. Project Handover

Upon project completion and final payment:

• All agreed deliverables are transferred to you via the agreed delivery method
• Admin credentials, hosting access, and documentation are provided where applicable
• A brief walkthrough or handover call may be scheduled upon request
• Source code ownership transfers as defined in our Terms and Conditions

You are responsible for maintaining backups and ongoing hosting after handover unless a maintenance plan is purchased separately.

5. International Clients

We serve clients worldwide from our base in Gilgit, Pakistan. Digital delivery is identical regardless of your location. Time zone differences are accommodated through asynchronous communication (email, WhatsApp) and scheduled video calls when needed. You are responsible for any third-party costs including domain registration, hosting, app store fees, and SSL certificates unless explicitly included in your package.

6. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your deliverables within the agreed timeframe, or if files appear corrupted or incomplete, contact us immediately at info@mabbas.dev. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly at no additional charge if the delay or error is on our end.
